Unilever Dry Sprays Launch
Unilever, a leader in the Antiperspirant category, launched a completely new Dry Spray format into the US market in an effort to deliver against unmet consumer needs and grow an already saturated and mature category.
Launching the innovative format shook things up, sparking new category growth for retailers and providing enhanced benefits for shoppers. But the hurdle to accomplish this was huge- Unilever had to uproot deeply held shopper behaviors and get them to try and trust the new Dry Spray format.
